When I first saw the Range Quilt Pattern by Modern Handcraft I knew it was the perfect choice to go on the queen bed at my family's Breckenridge condo. I had to add on to the mountains on each side to make it big enough to fit the bed. I chose Kona Solids in a sunset/sunrise color scheme and had fun freemotion quilting the sun at the top and a forest at the bottom with simple lines on the mountains in between to bring out the contrast between each peak.
